Role and Responsibilities
Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Health Partnerships will report to the Head of Business Development and is responsible for driving new business development and partnerships and executing the Digital Health GTM plan and achieving business goals.
This position focuses on identifying target companies for partnership, relationship development and management, and new business development in service to achieving business goals.
Role and Responsibilities
  • Development and execution of the Health Team’s overall strategy and ownership over business development and partnership for both B2C and B2B
  • Develop GTM/BD strategy and plans in alignment with business goals and execute to plan.
    • Build and execute (Both direct and Joint partner) GTM plans to grow hardware and software business
    • Align strategy and plan with HQ/US Digital Health strategy and plans
  • Develop an approach to identifying and prioritizing target customers & partners
  • Drive recruitment of partners and acquisition of customers in alignment with Digital Health Strategy and GTM/BD Plans
  • Provide inputs/guidance on GTM/BD Strategy - Voice of Customer and Voice of Partner, analyze the feedback, conduct gap analysis, and have a perspective and insights on market trends.
  • Serve as Product Category spokesperson (external) and evangelist (internal)
  • Partner and customer account management
  • Develop and support analysis of competitive offerings
  • Drive new business model development, business negotiations, and contracting

Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications/Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 8+ years relevant experience with 50% in business development experience
  • Track record of success in developing partnerships and achieving business goals
  • Experience with digital health, health industry-related technologies & services, or consumer electronics especially related to consumer-grade wearables
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills with a proven ability to provide clarity in complex situations
  • Experience producing highly effective presentations to communicate with internal and external customers and executives.
  • Passion for creating great customer experiences and for solving problems
  • Ability to work independently, quickly, and thoroughly to prioritize and complete tasks and meet deadlines
Physical/Mental Demands and Working Conditions
  • Work is generally performed in an office environment.
  • This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers, and reach with hands and arms.
  • Under very little direct supervision with a high level of responsibility to apply general policies and guidelines where decisions are seldom monitored and consequences of decisions adversely affect operating results and management decisions.
